Order Processing: We are currently experiencing longer than normal delays due to supply chain disruptions and raw material shortages. Your custom-mixed paint typically takes 10-12 business days to leave our facility, but longer delays are possible at this time. Selecting a faster shipping method does NOT guarantee a faster manufacturing process.
UPS Shipping: we currently offer UPS ground shipping services to the continental US and 4-6 week boat transportation through USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories.
We can not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
Canceling an Order: All orders are custom made and filled on a per order
basis. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if the paint has already
been made. If the order has not been made, it is possible to cancel.
Color Match
Guarantee:
We guarantee our paint to match any
original factory color
per OEM specifications which can vary
from the factory.
If you are unsatisfied with our
blendable
color match,
return it to us and we
we will remix or adjust it for free
. If
your equipment is faded, has been repainted, or oxidized, we will try to adjust
the color free of charge. Please remember that the guarantee only applies to
original factory paint. Industrial equipment is known to have low standards when
it comes to color control, so our match is to a color sample on file and will
not always match your exact shade. (from year to year, batch to batch even the
largest industrial equipment companies paint matches tend to drift) ALWAYS test the paint on the card provided, before
applying it to your equipment to ensure a blendable color match!
Return Instructions:
Our customers are very important to us, and we will try our best to satisfy you
with our product. If you are unhappy with your paint match, ship the paint test
spray out card back to us along with the year, make, model, vin, a copy of your
invoice, and the description of the paint color compared to the car color and we
will investigate the color match problem. Any remixed paint will be shipped to
you free of charge.
Reasons for a color
mismatch may include: the equipment was repainted, the wrong color code was
selected, bad variance (some
colors vary from the factory), sun damage, or deteriorated finish
.
In most cases only the test card will be needed for remixing in addition to
details about your particular case problem. Please call before sending anything
back to us for individual case instructions. There is a 30 day limitation from
the date of order to remix paint or return non made to order products.
**We can not accept returns for human application error such as forgetting to read the
instructions, unintentional use of product, over ordering, under ordering,
ordering the wrong color, because you changed your mind,
paid to have your equipment professionally repainted, or because
you sold your equipment.
